These workshops/cooking classes are interactive and educational, using the energy and buzz of bike blending to mobilize all participants in an engaging conversation about specific types of food preparations. There are six different two hour workshops -- all involve bike pedaling, food preparation, food science and sustainability discussions,  tasting, and take home treats.
